Otago Peninsula

Today we spent our day exploring the Otago Peninsula. It was a beautiful day, and I was able to take a few pictures before the batteries died. This gives us an excuse to go back and visit and take more photos.

We went to Larnach Castle, which is the only castle in New Zealand. It is a Scottish castle, and quite magnificent. It has amazing gardens, and a variety of different paths that lead to different groups of plants and gazebos with lookouts.

We can see the peninsula from our house, and it was fun to look at our house from the side of the peninsula.
